NOCCIOLE was born,
we have processed the precious Nocciola
Piemonte I.G.P. (Tonda Gentile Trilobata) , directly
purchased from the numerous farmers
of the area.
All the experts agree that the Tonda Gentile Trilobata is the
best of hazelnut in the world thanks to its intense and persistent
aroma. It is also exceedingly easy
to peel, it can be preversed for
a long time and its yield in weight
after shelling is excellent.
From
shelling to toasting, calibration,
crushing and mixing: every
step of the manifacturing process
of the Nocciola Piemonte takes place
in our factory in order to produce
genuine spread creams sold in 500
g pots for retail sale or in 5 kg
jars for confectionery and ice-cream
making.
