From
toasting to semifinished
products
The
carefully selected shelled fruits
are transported to the laboratory
where they are toasted in electric
or gas ovens.
Later they are crushed
or mixed to other ingredients so
to obtain a paste.
The products are
then packaged and sold to patisseries
and ice-cream shops.
